Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery to the US typically takes 7-12 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders to US addresses. No minimum order required.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.
Products & Safety
Are your products vet-approved?
Our products are vet-informed. Every PawComfort product is reviewed for safety by licensed veterinary consultants before it enters our catalog. All materials are BPA-free, non-toxic, and free of harmful dyes or chemical coatings. We don't use the phrase "vet-approved" loosely — that term means different things to different clinics. What we can say clearly: no product ships unless it passes our materials safety checklist and consultant review. If your dog has a specific medical condition, we always recommend confirming with your own vet.
What if my dog doesn't like the product?
Every dog is different, and we understand that. We offer a 14-day return policy. If your dog isn't happy, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number. Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Are the calming products safe for puppies?
Yes. Our calming beds and enrichment toys — including the CalmNest™ and BrainBall™ — are safe for puppies of any age. The soft, non-toxic materials and enclosed designs actually work especially well for young dogs still building confidence. For puppies with specific health conditions, check with your vet before introducing any new product.
Orders & Returns
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use it to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
How do I return a product?
Email us at support@pawcomfortco.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Items showing signs of use, dog hair, or damage will be rejected and returned to sender.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, they may already be in processing. Please contact us immediately at support@pawcomfortco.com.
