Return & Refund Policy

At PawComfort, we stand behind every product we sell. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Window

We offer a strict 14-day return window from the date the item is delivered. Any return request submitted after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • The item must be completely unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The item must be completely free of any dog hair, dirt, or any signs of use. Items showing evidence of use will be rejected and returned to sender.

3. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is 100% responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@pawcomfort.com with your order number and clear photo or video proof of the damage or defect. If approved, we will send a free replacement at no cost to you. No physical return is required for defective items.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned: items returned after the 14-day window, items showing any signs of use or dog hair, and items not in their original packaging.
